Healing Qi Oasis Membership Policy

**Membership Benefits: - Level 1**

As a valued member of Healing Qi Oasis, you will enjoy the following benefits:

- Access to exclusive membership prices on treatments and services. 

- Special deals and promotions available only to members.

- Early notifications about upcoming events and workshops.

- Periodic rewards and loyalty bonuses tailored for our members.

**Membership Activity Requirements: **

To maintain an active membership status, we require members to engage in at least one of the following activities every three months:

- Book and complete a treatment.

- Make a purchase from our retail offerings.

**Inactive Membership:**

- If a member does not fulfill the activity requirement within the specified three-month period, their membership will be marked as inactive. 

- Inactive members will lose access to membership benefits.

**Reactivation of Membership:**

- To reactivate an inactive membership, simply participate in a treatment or make a purchase at the non-membership price.

- Once re-engaged, members will regain full access to all membership benefits.

**Cancellation Policy:**

- Members may cancel their membership at any time.
- Membership benefits will cease on the date of cancellation.
